Return Policy Details
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made products
How to Return an Item
- Initiate the return: Go to your account orders page and select the item you wish to return.
- Print the label: We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. Print it out and attach it to the package.
- Ship it back: Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
- Get refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
